Keep one project in one place

Every task for one thing —
in one place you understand

Do not organize life into a complicated system. Make one place for the renovation, move or launch, then keep everything it needs there.

Before Unload

Reminders are scattered everywhere

Some are in chat, some on paper, and one exists only in your head.

With Unload

The work has one clear picture

Related tasks sit together, so what is left is immediately visible.

You wanted to finish the renovation, not design a filing system

When there is a lot to do, organizing can start replacing doing. Unload offers a simpler picture: one real piece of work with a beginning and an end, containing only the tasks that help finish it.

Say it now. Sort it out later.

  1. 1

    Name the work

“Move,” “Kitchen,” or “Course launch” is enough to get started.

  2. 2

    Add things as they come

Speak new tasks whenever they occur to you and keep them together.

  3. 3

    Close it as one

When the work is done, it leaves the active list but remains available in the archive.

A context is a place for an outcome

It can have tasks, people and a useful lifetime. It lets you look only at the work you are doing now.

Kitchen renovation: choose tiles · call the electrician · measure the counter

Remember less. Finish more.

Less of one giant pile

Personal reminders do not mix with a renovation or a work launch.

Add by voice

Put a new task into the work at the moment you remember it.

A shared picture

When you are doing something together, participants see the related tasks.

Your choice stays put

If you place a task in a context, Unload does not quietly move it elsewhere.

Finished work gets out of the way

The archive clears the active view without deleting your history.

AI assistant · beta

Say it however it comes — AI can help make sense of it

AI can suggest a title, a due date and the right context, or help turn a larger idea into a clear plan. The beta is currently available to some Premium users. We are checking quality and will gradually open it to everyone.

The essential part already works without the beta: voice capture saves immediately and does not disappear when you are offline.

The simple structure is deliberate

  • Contexts do not grow into an endless tree of subfolders.
  • Sometimes you choose the right context by hand, especially when a task could fit more than one.
  • Share a context only with people who really need that part of your list.

What people usually ask

How is a context different from a folder?

It has an outcome and an end. When the renovation or launch is finished, close the whole thing.

Can I keep personal and work contexts?

Yes. They stay separate, while the overall list remains easy to scan.

Can I invite someone else?

Yes, when you are doing the work together. Participants see only the tasks connected to it.

What happens after I close it?

The context goes to the archive. Open it later or return it to active work if needed.

Will Unload sort everything for me?

You stay in control. AI beta may suggest a fitting context, but your manual choice does not change without you.

Say the task, then get on with your day

Unload keeps it on your phone and brings it back when you need it. You can start for free.
